Staff was helpful and did not try to haggle me with ridiculous prices or false claims. Once I was going to be late for work with two flat tires. Luckily I was close to this place and they were willing to take me in. Once the repair and rotation of the tires were done, I was charged nothing! That's right nothing, I couldn't believe it. Ive been a Good Year Shopper over 20yrs.Bought many tires from them.Its too Bad they dont honor the warrantys anymore.I also bought a battery alittle over a year ago .Its now not working they want too charge other fees just to check battery out.Which if you take to Auto Zone no problem.So its really sad that Good Year Doesnt honor their word.Im no longer to shop with them.The part that made me most Mad wasw when Manager said didnt i just see you acouple days ago i remember this car.What was he trying to say,ive never even brought battery back.I think its a case where Men dont think women know what their talken about when it comes to cars.
