one of the worst feelings as a car owner is when that red "check engine" light appears...ugh. i brought my truck in today knowing that robert & his crew would be honest with me and let me know if any repairs were truly needed. i feared it was my alternator, a very costly repair... turns out it wasnt, and was related to the ignition box which has been replaced earlier that morning. no repairs were needed! big sigh of relief! i continue to give this business my loyalty because i trust them. bonus is that you get a complimentary car wash with your service. win! win! thank you again silver star !!!

We used to have a family friend fix all of our vehicles but when he moved out of state his brother didn't do much for us. So we started to see Paul at American Tire Depot on Magnolia and he and his team really took great care of our vehicles. I took my Jaguar to Voidie's and was ripped off. The car was not aligned properly and when I returned the car to have it done correctly the OWNER took 2 1/2 hours to look at the car and then claimed It wasn't his alignment problem and kicked me off the property! He refused a refund or to even look at the car. I wonder if he is following in his predecessors footsteps and drinking on the job!
