Total ripoffs!!!
Ok so I went to this particular shop because a friend recommended it :o If your a woman and like being taken advantage of then by all means go here. I went in to find out why my car was acting up they replaced all kinds of stuff my battery, battery wires, fuel pump and then decided it was my alternator and was told it was going to be so much more expensive because the whole top of the engine (3 hrs of labor) needed to be removed to get to it, Well.... I just had to replace my alternator again and guess what, my friend removed my tire, pulled the alternator and had it replaced in half the time. I really HATE be taken as a fool. I will never send anyone here again.

Radiator replaced
WOW. Custom job done...Brought in my 2004 kia after ordering a radiator and replacing the bad one it was found that the radiator hose would not fit. After charging me for a custom radiator hose I found out that they had the wrong radiator in it, the hose was made up of 3 cut hoses with adapters in between them to connect it to the radiator. The removed the overflow canister and said it wasn't needed. The dual cooling fans had 1 strap to hold it close to the radiator. After being assured by Clemente and Joseph that it wont cause a problem of overheating and that the part was ordered, the radiator blew out. $800 repair job at PEP BOYS which did the job correctly. We showed MEINEKE and they blew it off. Corporate wont respond and neither will joseph. THIS PLACE AND ALL MEINEKE'S ARE A JOKE. PLEASE - PLEASE KEEP YOUR SANITY AND GO ELSE WHERE. THERE ARE GOOD MECHANIC SHOPS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER FROM THIS ONE.
