Steering Pump Replacement
I came here for a second opinion on what another shop told me was a leaking steering rack. The manager and Meineke here took me out to my car and showed me that my steering rack was not leaking. He showed me that the steering pump is what was leaking. They repaired it and got me back on the road for hundreds less than the other shop wanted to fix the wrong thing. These guys are very honest and trust worthy. I'll go back to them for all my car needs.

Terrible
The service is absolutely terrible, especially from the store manager Omar. He is the epitome of rude and disrespectful. I received an oil change at this location and by time my car was due for my next oil change nothing could be done because of the services I received at this location. They stripped the oil container and now it has to be replaced before I proceed with any other steps. I called in and Omar refused to resolve the issue though he admitted he caused it in the first place. He stated because of the warranty being for only 2 days it is not his problem and if he even looks at it we would have to pay for that as a separate service. Omar refused to give me the corporate number or the store's insurance he then hung up in my face two times. The first time without warning. I did not pay to have my car come back in worse condition than before so I had no clue to check for malpractice. The service is distasteful and mostly I am disappointed to be treated so badly.

auto repair
I took my car here because they told me for $39.99 they would tell me what's exactly wrong with my car, they told me it was my timming belt and altenater belt so I paid $179 for them to fixx it. I took my car home ran good first day then the next started doing the same problem again I called them to tell them they said bring it back I did and then they replaced another part for $40 they said it was ready. I got n my car and it had the same problem I asked them I thought u fixed it.his words were "no I replaced parts to see if it was something else" so baseically he replaced parts that were alredy good and he was guessing what was wrong with it. I asked him why did u do that y would u replace parts that were already good he got mad at my question told me to take my keys and get out. This place is not good I wouldn't suggest going here unless u want to spend money that fixs nothing
