I used to take my BMW to the local BMW dealership for maintenance, but I switched to Holland Car Care years ago and intend to stay with them forever. Nice and welcoming staff; great online scheduling. Very reliable. Never upselling. Kudos.

When I was out of state for 7.5 of those years, I called them for help with my car and they were always responsive. I drive from Pacifica to take my car to their shop in Palo Alto.
