I to took my car here and got screwed to .I had a tension pulley installed there in Dec 2012 ,cost me 260 and had a year warranty ,brought it back after taking it to a real mec that told me that the tension pulley was making this rattling noise .I took it back Econo lube and tune and told them that the pulley was bad,and left it there for the weekend. They called me and told me it was not the pulley ,but was my timing chain and would cost me 800.00 to fix it. I'm not having any more work done there and don't think anyone should.Bad customer service and bad mechanics. I also had my credit card numbers used at a store in mexico after visiting there in Dec to have my car fixed. They said they did an internal Investigation an could not pin point the person who used the card numbers. WoW, thats never happend to me before and it just so happened to happen 30 mins after leaving there place.Very unhappy with this place and don't recommend this place to anyone.

Am unaware we have a "bad rap around town" as in 2011 over 12,000 cars visited our store and we received award for "most cars" in the EconoLube chain award

Tune-Up
This shop is notorious for bad customer service and unexperienced mechanics. I used to take my car here for service and would get bad service too many times. I went multiple times out of convinience, but there is nothing convinient about getting screwed over on hard earned money. I stopped going and started spreading the news. Not warning my mother, she took her car to this location for a tune up. I have been driving her car and noticed the "check engine" light came on. Problem felt like spark plugs, but said to my self "she aleady got a tune-up from Econo Lube 'n Tune on Dennery Road" so this should not be the issue. I connected OBDII and told me theire was a misfire from a spark plug. Inspecting the vehicle I come to find a Tune-Up was never preformed, THEY DID NOTHING TO HER CAR and charged her $170!!!! I have contacted the BBB and am in contact with other good business organizations. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, TRUST ME IT HAS A BAD RAP AROUND TOWN!!!!!
