Car purchase

I purchased our BMW from here..... In the first week, the car was already broken. These guys just wanna sell you a car and promise to fix everything but won't fix anuything. Only one window works the car lighter is broken the brakes screech. Many problems they said would be fixed and nothing has been done..Worst experience never again

Poor services

Purchased a car it ended up having several problems within less then 30 days the motor shaking, brake issues, rotors issues, DMV Registration that received from the dealer a bounced check. When calling them to get answer they lie that their is no Manager available very rude Customer Services they give you the run around and no answer and the issues have not been resolved none if them For all of you first time buyers take your service where they will be responsible to and take time to listen to their customers and resolve the problems and issues. Poor services !!!! I called to speak to my Sales person(Elder) and he used profanity was very rude and not at all helpful. Nothing has been done.. Does anyone know? Do these guys have green cards?

Car Purchased

Well i was very happy with my purchase... yes i understand their lot is not a Mercedez Benz or Bently dealership, but the cars are in great conditions. Of course you cant expect the quality of a brand new Lexus;however, the prices are affordable, and they always work with you. I've bought so far from them four different vehicles, in the last 5 years. 3 paid off, 1 trade in (upgrade). I established my credit here, so now my auto score shot through the roof... i would definitively come back for another purchase here if needed. As far as bad experiences, people come on! you walk in there with poor credit (because you didnt pay your bills) sometimes a few hundred dollars, and have a low income, and you expect the dealership to find you a lender... be realistic. Dont get me wrong they will do their best to find a lender, and will even work with you on the down payment. As far as the interest rate, well expect it to be where it should be... because 7/10 people that go there have poor credit, once again be realistic. Overall a good place to purchase a vehicle.

Very bad customer service and they are great in lying.

I liked the car that I got from them last June 1, 2012, but they over charged me for a car that is not in good condition and the kelly blue book price ranges from $4000 to $6000. But they told me that their price for the car is $10,495. The car is 2004 but the monthly payment is $370? thats BS! Another is the DMV registration processing, that is their responsibility but I have not receive any registration from DMV for the last 2 months all I have is the temporary white paper that they sticked in front window. Thinking about voluntary repos the car that I got from them and go to specialize repos car dealership. I would not recommend this business in the future or dont get a car in this dealership!!

Bertha and Jorge

I Love my car I'm very happy they approved our credit fast BUT they have the worse costumer service ever. They lie, they car needed breaks, mirror posiotioner, and a window elevation replacement. the car was picked up from my office at 9am promised the car would be back by 4pm, I get a call from my sales person Bertha to take the bus because the car is not ready....I was like really? It was about 15 till 4pm. The GM said he would sent a car...he did sent one but 3 hrs later. I get there to pick up the car and a 6hr window only the brakes got fixed they came again on Friday and got everything fixed...I asked for a statement or something showing a zero balance for the work done they wouldn't give me one....ill see how that turns up and I was told the car was washed waxed lol it was not they had water marks all over and the car was dusty in spots. I would not recommend this business in the future.
