Window wouldn't roll up
I took my car in because my window would not roll up. They ended up putting in the wrong part which blew a fuse. While they were trying to fix that they cut a wire which caused a problem with my transmission. Even though the technician admitted to causing the problem, the manager said there was no way to prove they caused the problem and said it was "bad timing." They refused to pay for the problems they caused including the fuse and transmission and still wanted me to pay for the window. I went in for a window issue and by the end of it my car was not even driveable. They had my car for over a week and I had to get it towed to the dealership to fix the transmission issue. The manager is not honest or reliable. I will never go back there.

Oil Change
I had taken my car in before and would've given them good reviews, until this incident: They stripped the oil pan screw like they did with another person who's review is below. If this had been all, I would've given them a rating of three stars, but it wasn't. First, it is very easy to make it so that stripping a screw will never happen, and that is car mechanics 1: put it in by hand, then only tighten it when it's in with the socket. They did not do this. However this was not the major problem: after stripping the screw, and taking approximately four hours to try to repair it, they did not tell me about it, even though I saw them working on it, and caulking it in place like they did the person below! Naturally, oil leaked like crazy. It ruined a large spot in my driveway, which couldn't be corrected by cleaning then coating the driveway. The oil light came on and luckily I saw it and added 4 quarts of oil. It all leaked out also. Luckily I saw this before it ruined the engine, which I am sure they would have happily charged me to work on. Naturally they charged me for the work that they allegedly did. However, the fact that they did not tell me that there was an issue and tried to sneak it by, says that they will do anything including lie for money: will they tell you that you need services that you don't need for money? YES. Will they lie and say that they did something that they did not for money? YES. I would have to assume the answer to these is yes, which is why I only give them one star. I photographed the driveway (which is still a mess), and took my car in elsewhere, and had them put it on the lift with me there. They immediately identified the problem and showed me the dripping oil. They showed me that the oil screw had been caulked in place. As I know that I saw them doing this, and as they had done the three prior oil changes there was no question who did it. Their unwillingness to tell me about it because of the cost to them to repair it is insulting. As I documented everything, I was thinking of suing, as the cost to me to replace the oil pan, and re-recoat the driveway will certainly be more than $750. However, frankly I do not want to see them again. The interesting thing is that the day I was in there there was another person being told about his 3rd or 4th(!) oil leak on the same car. All I could do is wonder after this occurred to me if there really was an oil leak, or if it was just them making money of these people like they did off me. Check out the persons review below (1 star) where the same thing happened to him in the same way. Well I learned at a cost of $750!
