Full Service Wash & Wax
RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY DO A HORRIBLE JOB I went into this place on 8/7/2020. Asked for the 24.99 Super Deluxe package and was talked into getting the 39.99 package instead. (typical sales every time) They said that they spray wax the car. The so called (spray) wax is the same stuff that comes from the water at any cheap car wash. To top it off they used a SCRUB BRUSH on the car and severely scratched my hood and top of car. The inside looked like they coated it in oil and it was not evenly applied. There were dead bugs still on the dash and a the inside windows were streaked really bad (I think because of the oil they used) When I mentioned this to the sales person he said "You get what you pay for" and suggested I buy the 99.00 package instead. I asked to talk to the manager and the guy was rude. Told me the same thing. He said YES they do use a SCRUB BRUSH because they hand wash the cars. Really? Scratching the hell out of the pain. Bottom line. RUN from these people. I now have to get my car completely detailed and hope they can remove all the scratches. Be sure to pay with a CREDIT CARD so you can reverse the charges since they won't re-do the mess they made or even offer to fix it. WORST CAR WASH IN SANTEE

Car Wash
They stole $30-60 I kept in an envelope under the floor mat for gas. Shame on me for forgetting to take it out before the car wash. But SHAME ON THE EMPLOYEE WHO TOOK IT. All they said was that their employees were honest. Really? All? They did a poor job of vacuuming too.
