I had an awesome experience here with Juan. They did a nice clean job on my alignment and found issues that they then explained to me well. I highly recommend them.

I discovered Auto Care Specialist after too many years of being a dedicated dealership customer because I wanted to insure my car warranty was maintained. I took my car in to Auto Care Specialist today for basic service, and fully expected to have the oil, oil filter, air filter and lube done. When Chris contacted me to let me know that my car was in great condition and only needed the power steering fluid flushed, I asked "What about the oil and oil filter, and air filter?" Chris said "Not needed at this time!" Call me surprised by that news, as my car's oil and oil filter were always changed, every 6, 000 miles, and then always seemed to need something else done/replaced that increased the service cost well beyond what I anticipated, by the dealership. How refreshing to be not taken advantage of, and to have only the necessary work done on my car! Great and prompt service. It may have taken me too many years to find this quality auto service center, however, I am thrilled to know that my car care needs will be taken care of, without my needing to take a 2nd out on my house! 007 mb e350 I have been to these guys two times and both times they handled my car and service with amazing care and detail. First time was for a service check up and their price was unbeatable by anyone within a 10 to 20 miles radius. Second time my car would not start when it was cold in the morning. So I took it to them and after having a diagnostic, turned out my crankshaft sensor was no good. They fixed and teat everything and so far the car runs amazing. Will check back within a week to see if any more problems shows up. Thanks autowerk eurpean definitely my go to guys!

I was extremely impressed and most appreciative of the service provided for my clutch replacement & brake work. The work was done quickly, the guys were wonderful to work with, explained everything - and now my car runs wonderful. I will definitely bring my car back for all future work & maintenance.
