So we started to see Paul at American Tire Depot on Magnolia and he and his team really took great care of our vehicles. i really couldn't ask better, the service was great the mechanics were so friendly and showed me the exact problem. I then got invited into the waiting room where they put a movie of my choice and got the service i ever wished for, the price was excellent and very cheap i am definitely going to return to Del Rey Brakes & Alignment soon.

This is a horrible, dishonest and negligent company. It took over a year, a lawyer, the bureau of automotive repair (BAR) and over 20 repeat visits to force them to actually fix my car and not just hide the damage. One year later the paint is still peeling off because they neglected to prime, sand or otherwise do any amount of minimal prep work - they simply spray painted over the damage to cover up the fact they didn't fix it properly. The mechanical issues were never properly solved. Worst of all, they just lied to my face, lied to my insurance company and lied to the BAR although the BAR did cite them. STAY AWAY, you have many choices, this is NOT ONE OF THEM.

Overpriced with a "can't tell me sh*t" attitude. Maybe their great on old cars but as for my wife's 2010 Challenger they caused more issues then fixed and charged me 1/3 more then anywhere else to do it. Brought my car in for springs, struts, alignment and to go through and make sure everything was right. Did a motor swap and the shop before didn't tighten the lock nuts on my adjustable suspension so wanted it all gone over. Guy was mouthy from the start and bitched about the job the whole time. My front ball joints we're missing a lock plate (found out later), really obvious but they didn't say anything and put it back together anyway. Also missed my rear craddle bushings went bad even after bringing it back to them. This is a huge issue and made the car unsafe to drive, they said it was all good though. I call back and kind of question their knowledge since these basic and obvious issues were missed to which I was hung up on. My advice, find another shop and save yourself the agony.
