After getting me in for service immediately, Jeff, Kyle, and Service Staff figured out that I had a leak in my gas cap after a 'check engine' light came on in my car. They ordered the part I needed and installed it at a time that fit into my schedule. As always, I am so pleased with the level of customer service that I receive at Leadfoot Linda's! I really appreciate being able to confirm an appointment when bringing my car in. Please continue that option for us! Check in and pick up was very good. I do have one constructive comment regarding pricing. In a most courteous manner, it was explained to me that the price of a conventional oil change might be higher than other shops in the Valley because at no additional charge, you include a thorough check up of the car. While I can appreciate the benefit to many customers for that extra service, for me and very likely, many with new cars do not need that labor time. I leased my 2017 Hyundai only in Sept 2017 and my mileage was under 4500 miles. In addition, my car is connected to their Blue Link and I receive a Vehicle Health Report on a weekly basis. Therefore, I am paying higher pricing for my oil change for a service that is likely unnecessary. Please consider moving forward that the technology in many cars now alleviate needing that service on a routine basis. I would like to continue using your shop for my frequent oil changes as Hyundai recommends a change every 3700 miles. But how long I continue to pay a much higher price for the oil change on a 3-year lease remains to be considered within my budget. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service!

Kyle is always good when receiving. We had been going to Costco for our tires and got tired of the poor service. I was glad to order our tires from Tire Rack (costco tire supply) and have the delivered and installed by Leadfoot. Great way to do that. Thank you, Stan

You can't do better than Leadfoot for all your service and diagnostic needs. These guys are friendly, personable, and always bend over backwards to do all they can for you and your vehicle. From Fords to Ferraris they know their stuff inside and out. I don't trust anyone else to handle my ride, and neither should you. Call Kyle or Jeff today and they'll get you all fixed up for a reasonable price. You can't put a dollar value on CONFIDENCE and TRUST.

Thanks for the good job done on tire mount and the reminder that the Jeep is due for power train services soon. I will be in for those services at 60K as recommended by the Owner’s Manual. As I brought in a recently purchased used vehicle I appreciate that the mechanics went through the vehicle inspection. Had the dealer not been so far away that would have been a great idea pre-purchase. I only gave shop amenities 4 ?? because, not through any fault of your own, there is no food or ?? nearby when wIting for service. Thank you for the WiFi though. I especially appreciate that Kyle and Jeff discuss my vehicles’ needs so well. They give good advice (on which I sometimes go my own way ??) and don’t talk down to me as some other shop has, which is why I came to you.

There were some issues getting in my parts. It was explained that the issue originated with the dealership that the parts were ordered from. The dealership apparently didn't send the parts out when they should have. It took 3-4 weeks to get my parts. This was very inconvenient but your customer service saved the day. The car is running great btw. Cheers, Fred

Professional Shop I trust
Consistently professional. Able to do most repairs and gives you rides if you need. I've had multiple cars repaired there. Simple oil changes, complex engine repairs. Inexpensive and expensive work. I trust them now and don't go anywhere else if I can help it. You can't do any better. From the top down, this is a trustworthy shop! Patrick Espy
