Alignment service near Commerce City, CO

This garage is exceptional!! I was quoted $6,000 of work I needed done from the Nissan place. Chris and his team did a 21 point inspection, same as other place, and found $0.00 wrong except the quote I asked for for a new antenna. If you're a female that needs honest car repairs done, these are your guys!! It's a small place so make an appointment! The owners are best friends since they were kids. You're the best Chris!!

Referred here for warranty work on failing bearings rear wheels. Car seen by my personal, very competent mechanic on 8/17 at which time bearing problem diagnosed by him. Took car in today. Matt called me and said front axel needed to be replaced and engine needed cleaning b/c of oil. 6 days ago NO evidence of torn boot. I had not hit any bumps driving <45 MPH b/c of bearing problem. Called my competent personal mechanic and he said bring it by after GO and he would look at it. He was shocked to see that the boot was indeed torn and last week definitely it was OK. Draw your own conclusions I guess but I know I will not be returning to GO for any reason.

Do not go to Louisville Tire. I took my car to get it aligned here. The first time they aligned my car they did it incorrectly and I had to take it in again. They also installed my two rear directional tires in backwards. When I confronted the manager in regards to this issue, he said he was sorry, admitted fault for installing my tires backwards and he said couldn't do anything about it. He also told me that I didn't know anything about cars and that my car nor my tires will be effected by installing tires in backwards (contrary to conventional knowledge). In addition, when I took my car in to get an alignment, the manager tried to up-sell me on additional services that were not needed (my dealership also confirmed that said services were not needed). The manager explicitly told me that I didn't know anything about cars, that is probably why he was trying to up-sell me on unneeded services. Louisville Tire does not even deserve one star for services that are not done correctly the first time. I don't trust this company and will never go here again for fear of being taken advantage of and having to deal with a manager who does not appreciate his customers and/or doesn't treat his customers in a professional way.

I have used this shop without any issues for a couple years. I get peppered with text messages to bring my car in. When I finally needed an oil change, I made an appointment online. Brought my car to the shop on Quebec and my car and wasn’t on the calendar. The guy at the front desk offered to squeeze my car in, but it would take all day, which is what I was trying to avoid. He actually seemed frustrated with the system and said I needed to call next time. I double-checked the confirmation and I had the correct date, time, and location. So, owners, why are you the last operation during the pandemic that hasn’t figured out online appointments? Really frustrating.

My Audi had an issue with intermittently not starting. Bill checked out all the possibilities. And he went beyond using his deep knowledge and experience to find the problem. He found and ordered the part. And I am thankful for the loaner car. He and his team do an excellent job, know mechanics and work to correct all the problems. They are very customer oriented and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Slipstream Autocare. Jan Kirk
