worked on car
Before we moved here in '06 we had our car looked at by several (at least 3)different repair shops in the Denver area and no one could fix our problem..... but Surface Creek Auto located and fixed the problem easily and cheaply.

Misc.
Wow, I can't believe the previous poster had so many bad problems. My entire family (including extended!) has been taking our vehicles here for as long as I can remember and have had nothing but excellent results. We have definitely felt like we have been well taken care of. A family friend called around to get a repair done and called for labor rates at different shops, and other shops in the area are charging more per hour, so I don't know about the "exorbitant" prices. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area!

Engine repairs
My mother took her Subaru in and had timing belt wook done. They put the parts in backwards, screws in lopsided and not tightened down, and caused more damage than doing any repairs correctly. Art Martinez had her car for 3 days the first time, the car still wasn't running correctly. The engine light came back on after she had the car out for two days. Art received teh car back and couldn't see any thing wrong. She then went on a two hour trip up to Gunnison and the car broke down again. This time she took it into a shop up there that belongs to a friend of the family's. The original problem was a loose spark plug and wire, then he found all of the mess that Surface Creek Auto had created. Art is creating work for himself and fleecing the elderly by doing a trashy job, and charging exorberant prices.
