Steering breaks lube and oil
First, they tried to tell me my brand new shocks needed replaced. (It was almost funny to hear the service writer stammer and back peddle when I asked him why new shocks needed replaced). I paid for new rear (parking)breaks. They never touched the right side. Left side was removed but doesn't look like it is new. Paid for an oil change and lube. I still have black dirty oil. None of the grease zurks were touched. Paid for a new pitman arm and alignment. Truck will barely stay in it's lane. Drives way worse than it did before Scotty's worked on it. Service writer Matt acted very rude and disinterested in even acknowledging me both when I brought the truck in and when I picked it up. Stay away from this place.

Great Experience, Highly Recommended
My children and I only had one hour for an oil change and wiper blade replacement. Not only did you do all of that in 45 minutes, but you also informed me one of my brake lights was burned out and replaced that too. Thank your entire staff on my behalf for such excellent and attention-to-detail service! Eric Wilhelm
