Timing
Had a major job done, got about 5k miles before a 2000$ job failed, been very loyal and did not like the customer service we received, will never use Sam Swim or Shrums again, and we would not recommend this shop to anyone, buyer beware.

Oil leak
Shrums is a crook... He kept my car for a month to fix the transmission. He "fixed" an oil leak by putting silicon caulking on the area that was leaking!!!! Steer clear. He claims to be a Christian.... Don't buy it!!!!!Q
