I was concerned because the review I saw online but the prices were just too good to pass up. The management was clean cut and very understanding with my budget. They arranged a package to meet my needs. 2 days later I get a call that the car was ready. Wow $250 and my car looks 150% better than it did before. We are no longer embarrassed to drive the car. I've taken my car to Rachel's for repairs twice now. They do a superb job at repairing damages. However, I've come to discover that they left a mess behind on the inside of my vehicle. When I picked my car up from the shop, I found several smudges of what appeared to be oil or some other kind of thick, sticky fluid left behind on my driver door panel. I also noticed a tiny piece from my gear console had not been put back into place. The big issue is that the day I picked up my vehicle, I discovered that my phone mount had been removed from it's position on my windshield, and was missing altogether. I called and spoke to the front office and was told that I'd be contacted back. A handful of hours later, they took no responsibility for the missing item based on pictures of the car taken before repairs and word of mouth from the person in charge of repairs. Nothing else to it. Make sure you remove all personal items from your vehicle before having it serviced at Rachel's.

New to the area and they really know what they're doing. The best mechanics I have done business with so far. Very very impressed and satisfied with all their work, will definitely be my go to guys from now on with everything!

I’ve been taking my car to Vimar Auto Repair for years now after hearing about them through a close family friend and let’s just say the work they do speaks for itself! Sam is a great and friendly guy that is always trying to help you do what needs to be done and save you as much money as possible. Other shops have told me I needed double the amount of work done just so they can make a buck off of me but Sam has yet to disappoint. He fixes just what needs to be and does it in the most stand up way possible… Thanks guys!

I recently had 2 damaged areas repaired on our 2005 Toyota Avalon. I was looking for a repair shop that had a good reputation and happy customers. I found Phillips Automotive within a reasonable distance from home and seemed to have satisfied customers. The repair was excellent and the car looks like new again! The factory paint is one especially hard to match as there are 15 different variations to the original color name/number. I can't tell a difference! Mike, the owner is especially nice and professional to deal with. I am another satisfied customer!

I called the shop and explained I have a 3rd party warranty and an AC issue. Their inclination on the phone is "no problem bring it in and we will take a look at it". I brought my car in for diagnostics only. I was not informed there would be a charge for this service. They called me to inform me that my issue was not covered under the warranty and would cost me nearly $2000.00. I advised I would be unable to pay that at this time. They took it upon themselves to complete other things and charge me nearly $200.00 for services I did not authorize during "diagnostics". I wouldn't get my car fixed here ever. Shady crooks.
