Diagnostics, belt repair, exhaust repair
I've been at the mercy of my car before and I've never been a fan of major car repairs & the maintenance bill that follows.... Mack's Auto-Tech Inc. to the rescue. This place is OUTSTANDING!!! The staff are on a higher level! The first impression was family,friends and just all around helpful! I had some issues needing resolved and these amazing people went above AND beyond. . . way beyond!!! The service was quick and precise. The staff was more than helpful in explaining what repairs I needed and why I needed them. Diane, at the front desk and Ashton, the shop manger were so warm and inviting. It felt amazing to feel safe in giving my business to such a truly personal team of individuals. Mack's Auto-Tech takes care of their customers on a very personal level and it was far beyond the, "take a number and get in line" vibe that I'd experienced at other repair shops. If you want to feel safe giving your hard earned money away, I absolutely recommend you take your vehicle to Mack's AUto-Tech. They have earned life long customers from my family! major repair
I traveled to Crestview from Ohio to visit my Son who is stationed in the area (Army) . As soon as I arrived I had a total disaster with my Van. Working from a local residents recommendation, I contacted Macks Auto. I dropped off my van and in 24 hours was able to pick it back up and have it for the rest of my stay, as well as for the long trip home. Mack's Auto went above and beyond the call when it came to the speed of the repair, chasing down parts etc. Dianne kept in constant contact with me via phone which really eased my concerns and helped me enjoy my precious time with my Son, knowing the vehicle was in good hands. A great company, and great people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
