If I could give more than five stars I would. The guys at budget are AMAZING. I had some issues with my truck and they fixed all the problems for a very reasonable price. The level of positive customer service and honesty I receive from Jim and all the other guys is something that you wont get any where else. They are more concerned about the customers than making a dollar ,which says alot for them. I will not consider taking any vehicle that I own to anywhere other than budget. These guys are straight shooters that you can really trust. Willie and his crew fixed my GMC 1500 Denali when the dealership couldn’t get parts….I’m sure you’ve heard the excuses Covid this and Covid that. Well Willie doesn’t make excuses, he and his crew gets it done! Trust them before you trust a dealership!

Dropped my wife’s car off with Ian to have some simple repairs done. He got the car back quick and done right. He was even able to point out some common failure points on the R56’s so that I can keep an eye out and have them repaired before major damage will occur. I was lied to by a main dealer. They said I needed an expensive repair. These guys were honest. Told me it wasn't necessary. For that I will always be grateful, so they won my business, long term.

They have the worst customer service....waited for two hours and they just ignore you.

Stopped in the shop by chance 3 years ago and I feel like I never left! Customer service is way beyond what you typically experience at an auto repair shop! They have always been honest with me and never try to sell me stuff I do not need. Prices are competitive and the work performed has been great each time. New owner really understands how to take care of his customers!

I'll never EVER take my car back there again. I've been a loyal customer for well over 5 yrs and that went out the door. Long story short. I had an oil change done on my vehicle and that was it. Went to pick it up and within a quarter of a mile my car started to act up such as the oil light, engine light and white smoke blasting from the exhaust. I called Goodyear and they had a young tech drive up and inspect the vehicle. He insisted the oil was replaced and said there may be an under lying issue with my car. Had to get it towed back to the shop and guess what I was charged for the tow.. I had to talk to the head manager Adam Cutler to get a refund. Moving forward. My car was left in their hands for the next couple days and they insisted the car was fine.. I drove off and ran into the same EXACT issue. My car was not looked at bc I made sure to take a picture of the odometer for my records. Adam insisted that my car was test drove. ALL LIES. He said there may be a faulty ignition coil or spark plugs. I had them replaced and ran into the same exact problems. With nothing getting handled I had my car towed to a dealership. Within 2hrs they were able to narrow down the cause. GOODYEAR NEVER CHANGED MY OIL. ALL THEY DID WAS TOP IT OFF!!! With them doing that it flooded my whole engine. All my coils, spark plugs and exhaust were damaged. Moving forward... the dealership gave me a quote and I reached out to Adam Cutler to fix this problem. He nonchalantly basically shrugged it off and from there I personally had to make a claim with Goodyear on paying for the damages. My car eventually got fixed but my car is no longer the same. Check engine light is on due to the damaged exhaust that Goodyear will not pay for. All in all a basic oil change turned into a 3k bill. God knows how many other customers they ripped off by using these lazy tactics. This was roughly 3 months ago and I have yet to even get a follow up from Adam Cutler. He should not be in the position he's in. STAY AWAY!!!

I took my Fiat 500 in for body repair after a collision. I couldn't be happier with the results. They were professional, quick and efficient. They communicated directly with me and the insurance company in a timely fashion. My car looked better when I picked it up than I did when I bought it new. I bought a ford explorer that had 9k miles on a rebuilt transmission from this shop and when I bought it the transmission was slipping into neutral so I took it into Mike and he couldn't determine the issue and said to drive it around until codes came up. The transmission started leaking and codes appeared so I took it back to them and they had it for six weeks before telling me I was all set and that the car was fixed. I drove it home and before leaving Recker Rd. it was slipping into neutral. By the time I got home there was transmission fluid all over the bottom. A local shop says that the front seal isn't seating properly and that my shifter linkage isn't connected properly. Now after two tows there and a whole lot of wasted time Mike says he doesn't want to work on the car! I'm sorry but a good shop would have never returned a car to a customer in this condition and certainly wouldn't leave them high and dry when this happens. My advice...find somewhere else to take your vehicle:(
