Starter Replacement (emergency)
I was skeptical when my starter went out at work because my regular mechanic happened to be on vacation, and my towing coverage would not cover towing my car all the way to his shop. I needed my car fixed locally and the same day so I could drive it home. I had AAA tow it to Pep Boys and was really worried about the repair. It was going to be quite expensive and I had never used them before. My concerns were unwarranted though, because they did a great job, had my car done in plenty of time for me to pick it up before the end of my day, and the pricing even came in a bit lower than quoted. Very happy with Pep Boys and will continue to give them my business whenever I need parts or services!

Tire Repair
I drive a VW PASSAT and after getting a warning light for low tire pressure, I checked my rear tire and there was a nail in it. Scared that if I waited until tomorrow and would have to tow it, I called PEP BOYS. It was late and they got my car in immediately and serviced my tire. The car rides great so far, the staff was friendly and I would definitely go back. I recommend them for service and low prices (in comparison to other named brand stores)!! FYI---> I AM EXTREMELY PARTICULAR ABOUT WHO TOUCHES MY CAR!!!!
