Typical grift shop. Friendly upfront and unorganized and uneducated in the back. This place will leave you with zero confidence in the "work" i use the word work loosely because i had to bring the vehicle back in after a couple of days with new problems and im sure there will be more problems as an extension of the "work" done here. My suggestion is to take your vehicle to a real mechanic

Whenever I want to Parks of Toyota they said I needed new brake pads, went here because my mom is friends with the owner and he said I didn't need them at all they are new. My family has been taking our vehicles to Don since we moved back to the Orlando area in 1985. He is honest, fair and does a great job. Often feel he does not charge me enough based on what others charge. Rarely if EVER have to take vehicle back after work done. Has night drop, you can pay by credit card and pick up vehicle after hours. So glad he is doing oil changes and other maintenance type service, too.

The oil sending unit in my wife's truck broke and pumped out most of the oil in the engine. Thankfully there was Mobil 1 in the engine. Mark found the problem quickly and fixed it, changed the oil and she's back in service. Mark is very intelligent, knowledgable and has always been very honest in his dealings.

New to the area and they really know what they're doing. The best mechanics I have done business with so far. Very very impressed and satisfied with all their work, will definitely be my go to guys from now on with everything!

This place is simply awesome! I went there a little while ago to have multiple repairs done to my car. They gave me an estimate on what I NEEDED to get done then gave me an estimate on what HAD to be done because of my financial situation. I lost my job right after that and they let me pay and stored my car for 2 weeks while I paid them off. FREE OF CHARGE. Who does that anymore?!? These guys are great. Plain and simple
