I LOVE this Goodyear! They know me by name and are always honest and very reputable. There have been a couple of times that I was there and they found one or two things that were wrong with my vehicle that needed to be fixed. Since I am very skeptical of getting ripped off by car repair places, I checked around, only to find out that not only were they right, but they quoted me the best price! Now I know that I can relax and trust that they will be honest and take great care of me. I can't speak highly enough of this place. I've been going to them for years!

I took my car to Good year on 407 Northwest 75th Street, Gainesville - (352) 332-5111 on 6/19/2011 for a water pump leak and was quoted $570. When I checked with another auto repair I was quoted $436. When I told Goodyear of this they advised that they would match the price. The following day they called me to tell me that they found another problem (housing unit) that was different and that I would have to pay an additional $200 bringing the total to $639. I told them that I was only going to pay what they said they would fix the car at $436. They told me that my car was not drivable and that I had to pay $436 in this condition and have it towed somewhere else to be worked on or pay $639 for them to repair my car. Unbelievable how they are charging me $639 which is more than what they originally quoted and refuse to undo the repair so that I can take it somewhere else to be checked and/or repaired.
