I would like to take the time to comment about the customer who stated The office staff at Bill and Dick's is rude.  I have been going to Bill and Dick's for 20 years and never one time have I seen the office staff rude towards customers. The office staff at Bill and Dick's not only are very knowledgeable about your veichle they are honest.  RUDE!!!! NEVER!!!! I think the customer who states the staff at Bill and Dick's was rude should look in the mirror at himself and ask himself maybe I was the RUDE one.  Keep up the good work Bill and Dick;s office staff and mechanics your shop is the BEST!!!!!!!  Thanks, M.E.
