Good, honest, hard working folks here. They probably undercharge for the level of quality they provide! They're very friendly and seem to love helping people. The techs are pretty approachable when they're not deep into a job, but they bust their butta getting the job done, so don't be put off if they're not ready to shoot the breeze. I have had the unfortunate experience to require extensive body work on my car on two occassions within the last year, one over $8200 in damage and one approaching $3400. On each job the staff was very professional and courteous. They are very helpful with working with your insurance company claims. The service representative assigned to my repair work was very forthcoming with keeping me apprised of the status of my repair jobs. Each time the promised due date was met. Most of all...my car looked fantastic when I picked it up. I would not consider using anyone else for my body work. I also took my mothers STS Caddy there for repair and she, too, was extremely pleased with the outcome.
