We use manufacturer specific testing equipment and repair specifications so your vehicle is diagnosed correctly and repaired properly the first time. German Import Specialist is a family owned and operated business. Owner Jeremy Tarkington has twenty years of experience repairing and driving Volkswagens. For the last six years prior to our recent move home to Jacksonville Beach, he has owned and operated Tark's Wagenwerks, which, of course, was a VW, Audi, Porsche repair shop in Fayetteville, Arkansas. We had a very loyal customer base and made many freinds over the years. We pray German Import Specialist will grow and thrive here at the Beaches, where there are limited choices for nearby VW / Audi service.

Their diagnosis was wrong. Now they say they did not give me a diagnosis. I wouldn't complain if that were true. I paid GMC $166 for labor and I paid $225 for the control module. Now I have to also pay GMC $166 for a diagnostic test because All Pro gave me the wrong diagnosis. I told GMC not to do the diagnostic test because it was done by All Pro. Now I know better. Never trust All Pro Automotive! Not only did they diagnose it wrong and point out the part that needs replacing when I asked what it was, now they deny ever diagnosing it and say it was beyond their ability to properly diagnose. So I just paid over $550 for nothing. Don't trust their word. They are liars.
