I can't say enough good things about Mark. We were visiting JAX and discovered an oil leak in our Range Rover on a Thursday night. Mark got us in the next morning and provided a quick diagnosis and repair cost estimate. Even though the parts had to be ordered (none in the area) we were still able to get it fixed and back home on time. Mark was a pleasure to work with and I would absolutely use his services again....Top Notch!!!

Arrived in FLA with a leaky A/C, blown hose. Google searched and found Pro Tech w/5* customer rating. Called and they kindly got me in and in 2 hours was on my way w/ a mere $225 bill and cool as a cucumber! Thanks guys

I am located in NY and my daughters car was in Jacksonville stuck at a Subaru dealer with a $15,000 repair bill. Looking for a storage company, I was introduced to Sam. He helped create a plan to pick up the car, check the vehicle for all necessary repairs and fix the vehicle. Sam communicated daily and was dead on of his original estimate. His team was professional, efficient and considerate! To find a mechanic with a talented and professional team 1600 miles from home was a blessing. Having an auto repair facility that’s honest, trustworthy and courteous is a breath of fresh air in these days and times, especially if you’ve been watching TV showing all the rip-offs and shoddy work being performed. In contrast, RPM technicians are highly trained, not only mechanically but on the latest computerized technology. Since all autos these days are run by computers, they keep up on the latest diagnostic technology; then apply this new technology to your automobile. Doing this will most likely pinpoint your problem, saving you time and money. If you give them an opportunity I’m sure they will meet your auto repair expectations as they did mine. If not, talk to Tommy the manager, if given the chance, I’m sure he will try his best to make it right. They have 10 locations in Jacksonville, so it’s likely there’s a facility near you. Chris came to my rescue today. I just had my oil changed at the oil change place down the street and the next time I started my car there were multiple warning lights on. He hooked it up to monitor, opened the hood and said "here's your problem" as he reconnected a hose. I was on my way in 5 minutes and he didn't charge me. We have used Westside Automotive for many years for our vehicle repairs and always been satisfied. I guess I should have used them for the oil change too so it would have been done right. I needed a Battery for my wife's vehicle so I stopped by Advance Auto Parts on Cassat Ave. The General Manager Mat was at the counter alone with a bunch of customers and he was multitasking like a true professional. He was able to look up my vehicle while cashing out other customers; he went over the options and I chose the 3 year warranty. I thought I would pay for it and it would be done but he stated he would install the battery free of charge. He came out and had the battery swapped out in less than 5 minutes doing an exceptional job. He thanked me for my business and then went back in to continue helping other customers. I was new to the Jacksonville area and needed to have some work done on my car. I called over to Tubels and they fit me in that day. They diagnosed what was wrong with car and even fixed it that day. I guess that is why they must be one of the top auto repair shops in Jacksonville FL.

Beyond slow... Was told the previous day "be here at 7:45 and you'll be the first in" since I've been here at 7:45 now 9:25 there has been 2 people in and out before me... Sitting here for nearly a hours now and have yet to look at my truck.. Last time I was here I sat for an hour and then he said they won't be able to get to it... I do not recommend this place unless you have all day to wait.

I had my Dakota trans overhauled at this shop and have nothing but shifting problems despite bringing it back 3 times it's still was not right! Got tired of dealing with the rude manager and took it to another shop to make it right. Never again.

DO NOT GO! Crooks, and criminals. Took my car there with a simple problem, gave me a run around for over a week, missed many days of work, only for him to tell me the car is not worth fixing. If that wasnt enough I went back to get my stuff out of my car and all the change had been robbed. It was only about $3-$-4 dollars but talk about adding insult to injury. DO NOT GO. You WILL be sorry.

Exceptional service provided by the store manager Bill and his team. While travelling back home from a familty visit in FL, my car started losing power two hours into the drive so I got off at the first available exit. I had no idea where I was going and prayed for direction. Lo and belold I look up and there is Goodyear. Made it in 10 minutes before closing. Store manager suggested I not drive car as I would most likely get stuck and I totally agreed. Next morning, call received regarding work required on car and car was repaired as specified. What got me the most was how accomodating and helpful the store manager was and the fact that he went out of his way without hesistation to ensure my needs as a customer was met. Way to go, Bill and team. You were my angels in time of need!

Came in to check noise from front brakes. I feared the worst since its my wifes car. After they checked it out found I only needed front pads everything else was good. Price was really good for high quality ceramic pads. I will start using this shop for both of our cars.

I just bought four 22" rims and saved about a grand. The shop didn't have the tires I wanted in a 22" size or I would have given them 5 stars.

called and asked for total price quote to have new tires mounted, balanced & installed. They sneaked in an extended warranty on the balance which was not included in the price quote I revived on the phone, as well as charged Me for additional protection for the tires that I didn't want. SO WATCH YOUR BILL & ASK BEFORE THEY RING YOU UP! They will try and sneak in anything they can!

I used EJ for auto repair services at first I assumed I had no problems but over time their were alot of red flags I soon realized he maybe was overcharging me for repairs on my car that I might haven't needed but there was no way to verify that I just took his word for it because I assumed he was a honest business man, I didn't think he was a predator preying on women to steal their money when they come to his shop for help with their vehicle needs but I acquired a auto loan from my bank in February 2022 he assured me he could get a deal on a vehicle because the bigger dealers would just continue to overcharge me so I I trusted him with the task so from February until now now August 22 I have been waiting on a vehicle or a refund he supposedly acquired 3 different vehicles but none ever manifested there was always an issue when it came time to deliver so I'm at the point where I need a vehicle for work and my children need a ride to school so I stressing this to him he assured me he would do what's right for his customer he preceeded to cut me a check to pay back the bank a week later the check comes back from a frozen/blocked account so I let him know and the bank manager who is trying to get him to do what's right as well we both reach out to him know hes deliberately ignoring our attempts to rectify the situation that he put everyone in they gave him a 22,000 check to purchase me a vehicle he stole the money to serve his selfish pleasures and now he's acting as if we're bothering him for no good reason and he stole 1000 from me for a down-payment towards a vehicle which he has yet to pay as he said he would it's all lies he was just buying time to fine his way out but I say to anyone if your a woman take your husband and make sure he gives you a legit receipt because he's very sneeky and will lie and doctor paperwork and have you paying for stuff you may not need he's a crook and I'm not sure how he can look at his self and be ok with doing good people wrong every dollor he asked me to pay I paid they he turns around and steals 23,000 from me its pathetic he needs to be in jail support black business as they rob you.

I had your company work on my vehicle not long ago; When i got the car back Stereo equipment was missing from my trunk!!!!!!!! A bandpass speaker box with A plexiglass Front Housing 2 JL Audio 10 in Subs!! It's A shame Because Now i will Tell everyone how you people Are Thieves and don't care about customers property. I took my 1995 4runner to Goodyear to purchase tires. Goodyear offered me a credit card to receive an 80 dollar rebate on the purchase of tires. I accepted the offer and received a Goodyear credit card with a 2500 dollar limit. Once approved the associate promptly told me I needed to have my brakes serviced all the way around and in order to warranty my new tire I would need to replace my idler arm and have a 4 wheel alignment completed. The total cost would be nearly 2000 dollars. I agreed to allow them to complete all the repairs. After the brake job was completed the ASE tech could not determine why the brake pedal was not as firm as it should be but said it would be ok to drive home. I live approximately 25 miles from the Goodyear store. I drove the car home and immediately found that I had limited braking capacity and an extremely unsafe vehicle. The next morning I took the vehicle back to Goodyear. They could not determine why the brakes no longer functioned properly after they did the brake job. They determined that the vehicle needed to go to the Toyota dealership to figure out why the brakes were not functioning properly after they completed the brake job. I agreed to allow them to send it to Toyota but stated in multiple conversations with Ryan at Goodyear do not authorize any work to be completed unless Goodyear is going to pay for it. Toyota determined that the brake pedal needed to be adjusted to complete the brake job. Goodyear authorized the repair without contacting me. Once the repairs were complete Goodyear customer service and service manager (Jim Bessemer) contacted me telling me that I was going to have to pay an additional 251.70 dollars to Toyota to complete the brake repairs on my vehicle. I would like for Goodyear to reimburse me the 251.70 and a written apology from the Goodyear and the service manager for allowing an unsafe vehicle to leave the repair facility endangering my life and other on the road without properly being repaired. I had a horrible experience at this shop. I am a single working mother and I was having some problems with my car overheating. I needed the radiator flushed (knew what the problem was) so I called to see if they could help me since they were the closest shop to my house and I did not want to overheat. The woman on the phone told me to come right in so I did. When I got there I reminded her that I had called about the flush. She proceeded to suggest that I pay for a "diagnostic test" first to see why the car was overheating. I knew why it was overheating, so I just wanted it flushed. Somehow I let her talk me into giving me this diagnostic test. It took them about an hour to "diagnose" my car. The told me I needed $1,800 worth of repairs and that my entire cooling system was ruined, which meant I needed to replace the radiator, thermostat, and every single hose. I was almost in tears because I have no money and I need my car to take my small child to school and to get to work. When I asked if there was any other resolution I was told that this was the only way I could have a working vehicle. They refused to flush the radiator for me because they insisted it was impossible to get the substance out. They suggested I apply for their credit card, but I do not have good credit as I am a struggling single mother. I left in tears and without hope. The next day my friend connected me with a man who had a small shop. He flushed my radiator out and changed my thermostat for $50. The car no longer overheats and it runs like a champ. Tires Plus is a perfect example of auto shops that try to rip innocent poor people off. The worst part about the whole thing was that it was another woman who tried to do me dirty. Damn shame. Oh and they also left a dirty rag on my engine and they never put my radiator cap back on my car. WTF? If I could give this shop a negative star I would.
