I would never, ever, again have my car served in any way by any company affiliated with rainbow muffler! When I showed him my car and asked "How long does it take to change a muffler and fix a sensor" He told me about 2 hours. Instead of 2 hours he worked with my car around 10 hours in 4 days. 1. First day I came to the shop around 11:00 a.m. I came back 4:00 p.m it wasn't done. I waited 1 hour, shift ended at 5:00p.m. He told me done, but it wasn't. 2. Second day I arrived to him and told him that sensor still not working, car driving loudly, nothing changed in my car. He told me to come next day he is busy today. I asked him what time I have to come? His answer - 10:00 a.m. and I will fix your car first. 3. The third day he showed up 10:30.In time I came it was one driver waited him. When Matt showed up two more drivers came and he started to work with the customers. I asked him and remained him that he told me "I will first" He became a rough to me and start to shout at me with abusive words. I waited him for 4 more hours till he will fix my car, but he finished it just on forth day. Never again!!!

Replaced catalytic converters on my truck
This is the place to go for auto repair! They did a great job on my truck. JoJo was friendly and got me in right away. He was honest and knowledgeable about more than just exhaust. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. I will definitely go back when I need other repairs. Thanks guys !

Oil change
This place nearly ruined my car and now will not reimburse me $290.67 to have my car towed and fix what they did wrong. All I asked for was an oil change. I suppose they did change the oil but they did not put the plug back in my oil tank so my oil all leaked out which eventually stalled my engine. I was told by another mechanic and Rainbow I need to have my engine replaced. Engine replacement would have cost anywhere from $2,500 to $3,500. Turns out my car turned itself off before it ruined the engine so Rainbow lucked out but still will not pay me. I WOULD NEVER HAVE MY CAR SERVICED IN ANY WAY BY ANY COMPANY AFFILIATED WITH RAINBOW MUFFLER!
