New Rims
I just bought four 22" rims and saved about a grand. The shop didn't have the tires I wanted in a 22" size or I would have given them 5 stars.

Complete Tune-up
I used this shop for a tune-up before going on vacation, and the mechanic on duty was extremely friendly. They quoted me a competitive price for the work, and had it finished faster than I anticipated. They even offered me a steep discount when I went back a few months later or tires. I think the shop is under new management since they moved to Post Street from Normandy, and they seem to have addressed their customer service issues.

Please do not go to this shop. This shop has an incompetent (glorified shade tree) mechanic on duty. He misdiagnosed the true nature of the problem I was experiencing with my car. I wasted precious money and time with this shop. I filed a complaint with The BBB and with The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. I should have took the advice of The AAA tow driver while he was towing my car there. He warned me about this shop. Now, I am warning you! Please be careful when it comes to choosing a mechanic! Please learn from my mistake.

Terrible Customer Service
I called this auto shop regarding getting a visual inspection of my car for insurance purposes. The man who answered the phone was extremely unfriendly and rude. I asked if I needed an appointment and how long an inspection typically takes to which he responded "it takes a long as it takes me to look at your car" and then proceeded to tell me that I was asking too many questions and that it would take less time to inspect my car then it took to answer all of my questions. To clarify, I asked two questions and was on the phone with this man for a total of 2 whole minutes (probably less). I will definitely not be using this shop for my inspection or anything else for that matter.
