new windows
I have had nothing but trouble from this company. I have been calling them since December of 2012 in reference to windows I have are fogging up. I gave them a list of the windows and have never heard back from them. I have called several times and it always goes to voice mail and they will not call back. I even sent a complaint to the BBB and they did not respond to them either. I guess small claims court is next. The windows are great but the customer service doesn't exist.
