oil change
had oil changed there.knew u had to have right oil in 2012 impala had it changed with filter for over $70.00.I go to chev dealer now for 39.95 and get more free service.service personal were so-so.filled complaint.with proof.

transmission fluid change
This place used to provide good service. The service I received today was lousy. I went in to have my transmission fluid changed. When I left, I felt humiliated by one of the mechanics who kept making stupid comments and laughing at me whenever I pointed out that my car was leaking fluid (had not been leaking before the fluid change). I drove around and the car continued to leak transmission fluid so I called back and spoke with Kevin who insisted that he checked it for "2 minutes" and it was fine to bring it back. My advice, don't go here, they will waste your time and money, perhaps doing more damage to your car. I am going to take my car to someone who I know is a reputable mechanic and have them check my car/fix the problem. This place is a mess, the service is awful and the customer care, does not even exist. I am posting a complaint with the BBB.
