Body Work for 2012 Equinox
My Equinox was hit in the left rear corner, pushed 8 ft into my Motor Home by another large Motor Home which damaged the right front corner & the hood; $4000 worth of damage. It took 3.5 weeks to repair the car; but much of that was due to damage that couldn't bee seen by the adjuster initially and required parts to be ordered to complete the job. The left rear quarter panel was a candidate for replacement but I didn't want that done so Wayne's was able to work the damage out of the existing panel. Overall the work was very good, I can't tell that any damage was ever there. They, like any body shop, don't give you daily updates; they are busy serving you and a lot of other people. They have a large facility and all the people I talked to were always courteous. You may be put on hold if you call but that's because its a busy place.

Insurance covered repair of auto accident dmamages
A two week job is now on one month. Constantly put on hold when calling, then cut off. Spoke with manager who had lots of excuses and promises for better communication almost two weeks ago, but no change. If you have body work to be done, DON'T GO HERE!
