Bought a 2003 mini for our daughter
Been looking for a car for our daughter for weeks. Stopped by and felt NO "typical car lot pressures" Todd was friendly, easy going and comfortable to talk to. Needless to say we bought a FANTASTIC car at a FANTASTIC price. Our daughter loves it! And would definately return. Buying a used car, ANY used car, your taking chances,we believe that Todd was open, honest and would do and will do whatever is nessecary to run a professional business. Thanks so much Todd. sales, minor service help
I believe a good review should be written about a business when deserved. We bought a 2002 VW Passat in 2008 and a 2004 Ford Ranger in 2009 from Factory Direct Auto. Both good deals, with no troubles, and are still being driven. I had a minor issue with the Ranger this past year, they helped out with no questions asked. Thats my personal experience. -Jeff N.P.R

Purchased A Car
WOW!!! I searched for over six months for a car dealer with fair prices and reliable cars. Finally after visiting dozens of dealerships and car lots, I found “Factory Direct Auto”. I bought a beautiful Camaro with all the bells and whistles from Todd a few months ago and I am so glad I did. Buying my car there saved me literally thousands of dollars! I was very impressed with the overall condition and prices of his inventory. Every car on the lot was in great condition inside and out, most importantly under the hood as well. The most outstanding thing about this dealership is that they don't play “any” of the games that all the other dealers play. You will get a more than fair price from the start. There is no haggling or hidden fees. It is nice to shop at a dealership where there is a variety of nice cars to choose from “without” the pressure of a pushy salesperson around that is just interested in making a sale. I was treated with respect from start to finish and Todd made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the car I chose, before any decisions were made. They also have various financing options available. When it is time for a newer model or just a second car, I will definitely be returning to Factory Direct Auto.

sell my SUV
Todd gave me an excellent offer to sell my SUV and was pleased not to be gauged on the fee (one fixed fee) knowing that whomever I would send his way that they would not get an inflated price, I just did not want to do this without a broker based on his expertise and time, it would free me up to do what I do best...he offered a fair selling price that we agreed upon and with all the methods he advertises - I was certain he'd do a great job in getting my SUV sold.

sold vehicle
I bought a car from these people... BAD IDEA!!! I came to the lot with my two toddlers and 8 months pregnant and told them this would be my only vehicle and it had to be in safe running condition. They showed me Navigator that was "fresh to the lot". Right off the bat he told me there was an engine misfire and some interior damage, but he would fix it all if I purchased it...LIE.. I told him I was skeptical and reiterated the fact that I could not afford to sink all of my money into a vehicle that was going to break down especially pregnant and already having 2 very young children. The owner, Todd, assured me that it would be fixed before I picked it up at 9:00am the next morning. He even wrote a contract stating that he would "diagnose and repair engine misfire" and replace the broken interior pieces. Well he did not have it fixed when I came to get the car the next day... infact he didn't even show up to the shop until 10:30am. Apparently he thought the problem with the misfire would be as simple as changing the spark plugs or coils, and it was not. He jerked my chain for the next 2 months having be bring my car to him repeatedly just to have it sit in the yard. Finally he told me that the problem was more serious than he had originally thought and therefore he would not fix it, even though the contract says he will "Diagnose and Repair Engine Misfire"... not change coils and plugs, but fix the misfire itself. Its not my fault he misdiagnosed the problem, he PROMISED me and agreed in a WRITTEN CONTRACT that the car would be fixed. But apparently that means nothing to him. Then he told me that it was just going to have a misfire forever and that it would not affect the safety of the vehicle and that it would never get better or worse... well a week later it got worse. The misfire caused superheated exhaust to melt my catalytic converters. I called him up and he agreed to get the exhaust fixed. At this point the melted cats were clogging the exhaust so the engine was
