none; their customer service is horrid
I purchased a car the last week of December of 2014. I have had numerous issues with the car and management since that purchase. My "no money" down became $1200. They deposited a cancelled check, a check I did not authorize them to use. They gave me a temporary tag, yet ordered a new tag for the car when I already had a tag. They insisted I had to pay the $400 for the new tag. There were repairs on the car I noticed initially that they claimed they would fix. They never did. In less than 90 days, the car was incompacitated and they offered no assistance. The sales person that I purchase the car from offered to pay for the cost of repair on March 16. When I called him on March 17, he was "unavailable." I took the car to a reputable service department and was told the labor and parts would cost $1800. I called the dealership repeatedly and was dismissed. I finally got in contact with the owner and he offered to pay for half of the repairs but only if I went to his mechanic. I got the results of the diagnostic back from Mercedes and was told in addition to the initial problem, there was a whole slew of problems. I tried to return the car and they still were of no assistance.

This people are the most devising people out there!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY anything from them. I really don't know how they are still in business. What they have done to me and my family is despicable, we purchased a car from this people and it has been a nightmare. The car spends more time in the shop, and at this point we cant even afford to keep the car. They ignore all my phone calls... Please DO NOT BUY anything from this people

UNETHICAL AND HORRENDOUS
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DON'T ANSWER CALLS. THEY SOLD ME A CAR WITH A BAD TRANSMISSION (KNOWINGLY AS I FOUND OUT LATER FROM A FORMER EMPLOYEE) THEN I HAD TO TRADE IT IN WITH THEM SINCE NO OTHER DEALER WOULD TAKE A CAR IN THAT CONDITION. THEY TOLD ME AN AGREED PRICE FOR THE NEW CAR AND THEN, THEY HELD THE PAYOFF OF MY OLDER CAR HOSTAGE UNTIL I PAID THEM AN ADDITIONAL $5,000 AND FORCED ME TO LEAVE THEM POST DATED CHECKS IF I WANTED MY TRADE-IN PAID OFF. CHEATERS AND LIARS. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.

bought a vehicle
I bought vehicle from fine luxury cars. It was a horrendous experience. Dealer named Kamal was dealing. He is lied about the condition of vehicle. A lot of things were missing. Customer service is extremely poor. Manager O J did not take the responsibilty and he did not care.Later they started ignoring calls. I do not recommend this dealer.
