I brought my Audi A4 in for an oil change before driving to Miami. It took about 45 minutes total and I was told that Audi's are "very difficult" to change oil. Apparently, it was too difficult for them as well, as they improperly installed the oil filter and caused a severe oil leak requiring extensive cleanup; the damage could have cost me an engine. For such a simple procedure, one wouldn't expect this to happen. I can't recommend going to this place for anything more complicated than spraying water from a hose.
