I’ve been taking my car to Vimar Auto Repair for years now after hearing about them through a close family friend and let’s just say the work they do speaks for itself! Sam is a great and friendly guy that is always trying to help you do what needs to be done and save you as much money as possible. Other shops have told me I needed double the amount of work done just so they can make a buck off of me but Sam has yet to disappoint. He fixes just what needs to be and does it in the most stand up way possible… Thanks guys!

I recently had 2 damaged areas repaired on our 2005 Toyota Avalon. I was looking for a repair shop that had a good reputation and happy customers. I found Phillips Automotive within a reasonable distance from home and seemed to have satisfied customers. The repair was excellent and the car looks like new again! The factory paint is one especially hard to match as there are 15 different variations to the original color name/number. I can't tell a difference! Mike, the owner is especially nice and professional to deal with. I am another satisfied customer!

From the beginner, Mr. Otero was wonderful he pays attention to my demand and he nails, My car looks light news. Peoples this is the best job I ever seed.

I called the shop and explained I have a 3rd party warranty and an AC issue. Their inclination on the phone is "no problem bring it in and we will take a look at it". I brought my car in for diagnostics only. I was not informed there would be a charge for this service. They called me to inform me that my issue was not covered under the warranty and would cost me nearly $2000.00. I advised I would be unable to pay that at this time. They took it upon themselves to complete other things and charge me nearly $200.00 for services I did not authorize during "diagnostics". I wouldn't get my car fixed here ever. Shady crooks.

FORD OF CLERMONT service dept is run by crooks, liars and theives. I took my 2002 Tbird in for servicing as I needed a new battery and I also wanted to get my engine fan coolant reservoir flushed, drained and new fluid put in as I accidentally poured a few ounces of water in it by mistake. The service dept told me that the bearings in the engine fan were shot and that I need to replace the engine fan assembly as well as the coolant reservoir. Parts were $611 for the fan assembly and $122 for the coolant reservoir. Labor was quoted as $800 and they charged me a $90 diagnostic fee as well. I declined to have the fan assembly and coolant reservoir replaced but did have them install the battery which cost $114.99. I had a coupon from FORD for a battery for $84.99 but Ford of Clermont wouldn't honor it. So I paid $114.99 plus $90 for diagnostic tests. I took my tbird to Griffis Autos in Groveland to have them check it out. They did a full diagnostic test on the engine, fan, etc and also visually inspected the fan motor. They said there was no damage to the bearing, fan, motor, etc. They also drained the coolant reservoir as I requested, replaced fluid......total cost $70. I have driven car several hundred miles with no issues of overheating, etc. FORD OF CLERMONT LIED and tried to get me to purchase a fan assemby and reservoir and spend over $1500 on repairs I didn't need. LIARS and THIEVES. DO NOT take your car there....If you have a Ford or a Lincoln go to Griffis auto in Groveland. Honest, ethical and they have all the diagnostic equipment Ford has. The owner was head mechanic at Ford Of Clermont for over 20 yrs. I am in no way affiliated with Griffis but am so thankful to them for saving me a ton of money for repairs I didn't need. As far as Ford of Clermont goes, I will do my best to tell everyone to avoid them like the plague! Jim L. Clermont

I was concerned because the review I saw online but the prices were just too good to pass up. The management was clean cut and very understanding with my budget. They arranged a package to meet my needs. 2 days later I get a call that the car was ready. Wow $250 and my car looks 150% better than it did before. We are no longer embarrassed to drive the car.
