Engine/Steering issue
If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They are the worst excuse for a company that I have ever dealt with. Do not use them!! We had them look at our boat for an ongoing issue with the engine and steering failure. They charged us over 600.00 to come out and the engines were under warranty. They supposedly said they spent 4 hours trying to find the issue and couldn't find anything. We used the boat 2 times after and still had issues. We even took pictures of the warnings on the control panel; however, they wanted to charge us AGAIN to come out. We call Volvo/Penta who sent Jas Marine in West Palm Beach to come to the boat and they found the issue immediately. What a joke! DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE A RIP OFF.

Volvo Engine Repair
I have to agree with the posts on Gary Woods Marine. I had him quote me a price for repair and it almost doubled. The mechanic that came to work on the boat didn't appear to be very skilled and took an enormous amount of time to perform the repairs. I was also told that a component on the engine needed to be repaired and that Volvo didn't have repair kits for that component. I contacted Volvo and was informed that they do have repair kits for that component. Gary Woods Marine indicated that it would be 12 weeks for the parts. I won't allow them on my boat again!
