I delt with Art .I will say that Art is a very nice man makes you feel good and calm .I would rate him alone number one in Customer Service ! I had moved and left my car to come back and get it .But of course thanks to the great landlord services in Fl.There words aren't the best .Art went and towed my 97 GmC to his shop waited for me to send my key .*** Then finding out there were other issues wasn't my cup of tea . I had some choices to make from afar . Now I guess all I can say is that .I as I a woman in the Automotive industruty really wouldn't just let her car go for $200 dollars now . So I found thatArt was the one person that made me feel the best about me deciding but hard to take my car from the shop for a second oppinion .And we all deserve this .But leaving me with a $175.00 tow bill because I wasn't fixing it there ? LOL wow amazing how scamming thing can end up in the end .But I still like Art !

I've always try to avoid the dealers but I take the chance last week to the al Parker ford on millitary trail and I meet this life saver . He's John I take care of me a way I didn't expected . He told me and fix my issue in less than 30 mn I got my 05 ford expedition alive again from him. Thank u John . I bought a car from suburban volvo palm beach about 1 1/2 years ago.i just went to get new tires for our cx-70, and found out it needed 215/65/16 102v tires.v tires are for cars that have a high speed rating.here i find out that the tires on the car sold to me were not the rated tires required by the manufacture. putting me and my family at risk of blowing a tire at high speeds.VOLVO SAFETY NOT AT SUBURBAN!!!

I start by saying that your brakes are no good even though I never even looked at them. Another scam is I tell you that your serpentine belt is about to break and that you will be stranded on the highway. This works every single time lol…losers. ? We will charge you for work that is not done to your car, and have no problem lying directly to your face. We at Tilden won’t install any new parts into your car because we don’t take out any old parts….this is a big part of my scam! ? You all are fools and that you do not know anything about auto repair. We’re big on bait and switch; it’s a great money maker. ? At the end you will be furious with all tactics and lies I use to rip you off. I do not care one bit about you or your families’, or the public’s safety for that matter. ALL I WANT IS YOUR MONEY period and I will do and say anything I have to get it from your wallet or purse!
