I recently came to Hoti Imports Auto Repair shop in dismay over my broken a/c. Upon my arrival I was already filled with disappointment and confusion on to why nobody could diagnose the a/c issue with my car. One shop quoted me over $800 to even take a look at her, another shop told me they couldn't figure out the problem and yet I owed them $300 for the time it took them to figure out that they didn't know what they were doing. There is a saying that the third time is always a charm, well in my case it was! People lack integrity in business and are only focused on making a profit instead of gaining loyal customers. Especially if you are a woman, the easier it seems for men at least, to take advantage of us. My point-in-case is this.. Hoti Imports Auto Repair not only fixed my a/c the same day I brought it in, they also didn't rip me off!! I wasn't charged for the time it took them to figure out the problem, nor was I charged an amount anywhere close to $800. I have gained an enormous amount of respect and trust for this shop, and this will be the ONLY place I take Blair (my cars name) to be worked on. If you are looking for a hard working and trust worthy place to take your cars, then Hoti Import Auto Repair is the place to do it! Firestone repairs estimate of $2,600 (including $1,300 in parts). Googled up parts and found them available for a third the price at known auto parts stores. Ended up taking car to another shop where repairs were made at a total cost of $740 (parts and labor included). Such price gouging should be illegal.

Made an appt. but ended up coming an hour late, philippe still accommodated me and finally my brakes don't squeak on my volkswagen touareg 2007. The staff is very polite, he didn't try to upsell me on anything. Really just an awesome, honest hard to find mechanic. He's open on sunday. I love it. The place is neat and my daughter who was with me was able to do some business in the office cause they have free wifi and the cleanest mechanic bathroom we've ever been to and an espresso machine to boot. Inexpensive, reliable and most importantly honest. I highly recommend him.
