Not what was supposed to be done - power steering rack / components
Joe is a crook. Doesn’t do what he is supposed to do. Charges a lot for not much. Go elsewhere and save yourself some aggravation and wasted time. See yelp reviews and someone else is basically saying the same thing. You are a looser joe!.
