Stopped in the shop by chance 3 years ago and I feel like I never left! Customer service is way beyond what you typically experience at an auto repair shop! They have always been honest with me and never try to sell me stuff I do not need. Prices are competitive and the work performed has been great each time. New owner really understands how to take care of his customers!

I'll never EVER take my car back there again. I've been a loyal customer for well over 5 yrs and that went out the door. Long story short. I had an oil change done on my vehicle and that was it. Went to pick it up and within a quarter of a mile my car started to act up such as the oil light, engine light and white smoke blasting from the exhaust. I called Goodyear and they had a young tech drive up and inspect the vehicle. He insisted the oil was replaced and said there may be an under lying issue with my car. Had to get it towed back to the shop and guess what I was charged for the tow.. I had to talk to the head manager Adam Cutler to get a refund. Moving forward. My car was left in their hands for the next couple days and they insisted the car was fine.. I drove off and ran into the same EXACT issue. My car was not looked at bc I made sure to take a picture of the odometer for my records. Adam insisted that my car was test drove. ALL LIES. He said there may be a faulty ignition coil or spark plugs. I had them replaced and ran into the same exact problems. With nothing getting handled I had my car towed to a dealership. Within 2hrs they were able to narrow down the cause. GOODYEAR NEVER CHANGED MY OIL. ALL THEY DID WAS TOP IT OFF!!! With them doing that it flooded my whole engine. All my coils, spark plugs and exhaust were damaged. Moving forward... the dealership gave me a quote and I reached out to Adam Cutler to fix this problem. He nonchalantly basically shrugged it off and from there I personally had to make a claim with Goodyear on paying for the damages. My car eventually got fixed but my car is no longer the same. Check engine light is on due to the damaged exhaust that Goodyear will not pay for. All in all a basic oil change turned into a 3k bill. God knows how many other customers they ripped off by using these lazy tactics. This was roughly 3 months ago and I have yet to even get a follow up from Adam Cutler. He should not be in the position he's in. STAY AWAY!!!

New to the area and they really know what they're doing. The best mechanics I have done business with so far. Very very impressed and satisfied with all their work, will definitely be my go to guys from now on with everything!

Eddie and his crew did an exceptional job fixing my 2003 Mini Cooper S. I had it towed to his shop. This was the first time I had used them. Previously I had done all of the maintenance with the dealer. I wanted to try someone new who had a good reputation and was cheaper. Green Garage lived up to and exceeded my expectations. due to a medical issue I could not pick up the car after it was fixed. Eddie said no problem and delivered my car to my house himself, Absolutely great service and Petula purrs like a loud kitten gain. Can not thank them enough and at a very reasonable price.

This place is simply awesome! I went there a little while ago to have multiple repairs done to my car. They gave me an estimate on what I NEEDED to get done then gave me an estimate on what HAD to be done because of my financial situation. I lost my job right after that and they let me pay and stored my car for 2 weeks while I paid them off. FREE OF CHARGE. Who does that anymore?!? These guys are great. Plain and simple

Honest, fair price, and best of all work is done correct. Cant ask for much more from an auto repair shop in this area. I've been taking my car here for a few years now and have always been happy with my car after repair!

I took my 2011 Mustang GT to the shop to have an exhaust kit installed. The owner was very knowledgeable and completed work on time. I was very happy with the quality of work as well . The price was very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend this shop.

I called the shop and explained I have a 3rd party warranty and an AC issue. Their inclination on the phone is "no problem bring it in and we will take a look at it". I brought my car in for diagnostics only. I was not informed there would be a charge for this service. They called me to inform me that my issue was not covered under the warranty and would cost me nearly $2000.00. I advised I would be unable to pay that at this time. They took it upon themselves to complete other things and charge me nearly $200.00 for services I did not authorize during "diagnostics". I wouldn't get my car fixed here ever. Shady crooks.

I live in Clermont and needed my recently purchased 2007 GTI worked on so I called one of the local major dealerships and was told they did not work on Volkswagen. After asking for a recommendation I was told by the person on the other end of the line that in fact his really good friend owned his own repair shop and they worked exclusively on Volkswagens; the name of the company was called Jason's Bug Ranch. I tool the information and called to make an appointment; during that call they made the exception of accommodating me even though they usually don't do anything major on Saturdays. When I arrived there were Volkswagens everywhere and after speaking with Jason it was obvious he was an authority on the brand, how they operate, function and how they should be repaired. He shared with me that he does not believe in trying to scare customers into spending more on repairs than is necessary; he believes some repairs are more urgent than others and it's his job to educate his customers about the urgency or lack there of for each repair need and I find that refreshing. That approach significantly increases the chance that the customer will return to him when necessary because consumer trust is hard to earn. Jason spent 45 minutes working on my car and asked me to bring it back when he had more time to repair it correctly; he gave he an entire in depth diagnostic report of my car of which there were many and didn't charge me a dime; he trusted that I would return and I did. Jason and Nate know what they're talking about when it comes to VW and surprisingly very friendly and approachable. Since having my car repaired there it has been running like a champion especially considering the car has 204k miles; it runs like new, very strong, very fast! I will recommended Jason's Bug Ranch to anyone wanting to repair their Volkswagen.
