Jerry has been my mechanic for the past 3 years, after Reeves told me that I was going to need a new fuel pump.... at a cost of $900.00!  Jerry diagnosed the problem in a 5 minute drive and went under my car and fastened something that was loose... and I still haven't replaced my fuel pump.  He is very fair and honest.  Great mechanic

Timing Belt Change

I was having no problems with my car but it has high miles so I was recommended to this shop for a timing belt change. BIG MISTAKE!!!! First off the owner, Jerry, is not the friendliest person. Secondly, right after picking up my car it started sputtering and backfiring. I took it back he said the belt was off. Took another hour to "adjust" the belt. Two days later the water pump he installed started leaking now I have to take it back again. While I was there his kid was looking up how to do something on a BMW from the internet!!!! If it weren't that most mechanics in Tampa refuse to work on Beetles I would have never taken my car to these guys. Now I'm stuck with trying to resolve a bad job done.
