Alignment
I love Tire Mania. This is the only place I come for repairs and oil changes. They are always helpful and get me in and out so I don't sit around all day waiting. They have gone out of their way to find me the lowest price on tires and even went and picked up the ones I needed because they weren't in stock so I didn't have to come back. This is by far the best place I have taken my car, I highly recommend coming here.

Was supposed to be an oil change and they broke my car...
Never go here. I went to Tire Mania for an oil change, their inept mechanic broke the lever that opens my hood. They claimed it was previously broken, but I had just left an autobody shop were they opened the hood in front of me and told me I needed the oil change, before referring me 2 mins away to this cruddy place. Christina, the manager, even called the auto body shop which verified, that yes the hood's lever operated just fine. Christina tried to tell me that this was a common problem in my vehicle, but I called the dealership, who verified that it was not and in fact one the easiest levers to open. Christina even tried to tell me my auto body shop told her that I tried to blame them for needing an oil change, which turned out to be another outright lie! How can anyone blame an autobody shop who did a great job at repairing the dent to my rear end on needing an oil change. This was her way of trying to set my character up as someone looking to place blame elsewhere. Mania is right! I had to pay over a hundred dollars, which Christina, the manager, and Andy the owner refused to take responsibility for. Andy the owner even told me "Sorry, but things happen." Anyone who could do this to a consumer is someone who does not deserve your business. Again, don't ever go here. You have been warned.
