Transmission
The absolute WORST NIGHTMARE ! Do not take your vehicle here. Do not do business with Affordable transmission. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them. Brought my vehicle to them for a transmission change back in January 2023. Car kept giving problems after transmission change brought back to them last month , June 2023 and today is July 27th and my car is still at their shop. No COMMUNICATION whatsoever. I’ve had to constantly reach out to one of the owners “Ocatvio” and that gets me nowhere. Extremely unprofessional doing business. With having to constantly follow-up (I’d give enough time in between communication because I do understand it can take some time) and time passes and zero communication from Affordable Transmission. I started coming this week Monday 7/24/23 to be exact, Octavio was actually in the office. He stated it would be ready before Friday 7/28/23. Today is Thursday 7/27/23 and the New Transmission is not even here yet. The WORST experience EVER. Again, I only know this because I’ve had to start coming to the shop to find out the status of my car.

Rebuild transmission
Horrible service, had them rebuild a transmission and a week later it went out. Went by they told me I needed an appointment. Made in and a month later they told me to bring the truck back they won’t be able to get to it until I fix something else. Did everything they told me and the problem still there. They are not dependable they take advantage of customers. I am a poor veteran with an old truck and no money to buy a new one I borrowed money and rebuild the transmission. They took my money and said if I can’t find receipt they can’t fix I found the receipt and now they are trying to say it passed the miles even though the vehicle was brought in multiple times before the miles. It still has not been a year. They find every excuse to purposely have you wait and now I am having problems

Exceptional
I have used Affordable Transmission since 2012 and my experience with them has always been incredible. The Manager, Bill is very professional and runs the business with integrity. They are professionals and experts and what they do and I'm a very satisfied customer.

Transmission repair
My experiences with Affordable transmission have been positive. They have been up front with what issues they are seeing and presenting options. They have my best interest in mind and give an honest opinion based on the options available. The customer service and willingness to explain things is greatly appreciated by someone like myself that is not a car expert by any means

Service Provided
After taking my car to two other transmission shop that try to tell me i need a whole new tranmmission for $2000 dollars. I came into affordable transmission and bill the manager checked out my car and found it to be a hose off my car runs great.These other shops try to ripp you off.this place.is a honest shop with great help thanks bill you guys are the best.
