I simply wanted a tire patched. I was told when I came in that I could only book an appointment to have a tire repair. I was then told that the tire would be repaired in 2 hours so I left it and returned to find that it had not been touched. My time is just as valuable as yours. This is my second experience where I have been given less than adequate service and I will be finding another shop to service my vehicles.

Was happy with service on tail light

Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Picked my car up and drove a few minutes down the road was making a noise that wasn't there when I dropped it off. Took it back they pulled the tire off said was my caliper locking down. I had told them it was making a thumping scraping noise like something banging. I finally found the problem the entire steel plate under my car broke lose. I don't understand how they didn't see it. And tell me that was the problem. Now I have to spend extra money to get it fixed. And can't drive my car till I do. I thought that my experience would be better.

I came in to get four new tires. Made an appointment of 2:00 p.m. I didn't get to leave there until almost 5:00 p.m. it took 3 hours to change four tires. I asked them to check the brakes to make sure they were okay cuz they were squealing. I don't think they checked them they're still squealing but they said they were fine. And I was 15 minutes early for the appointment so it's just right at 3 hours just over 3 hours to get four tires changed. Anytime I've ever gotten tires changed it hasn't taken more than an hour.
