Thanks for fixing the transmission fluid leak. “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.†Thanks especially for removing the mouse nest above the glove compartment. A thing like that can give you nightmares! I’ll see you in a few days, when the tire pressure warning light comes back on. That’s the only thing that has annoyed me about my 2007 Toyota Tacoma. (Not your fault.)

However when I explained that I would be going out of town the next day and I would have to wait until my return about a week later. But Larry and his crew were able to get it done that day! Larry Bush and his team are excellent. Recently while I was downtown Macon, the battery went low. Mr. Bush sent a technician to help me. He came promptly and reviewed the problem and all was well. I then drove my Mazda Miata to his service center for complete check up and servicing. They fit my car into their busy schedule, which I highly appreciate. Soon all was well and I was on my way. Larry Bush is the only place I have taken this car.

I dropped my conversion van about 8:30 am and got a call about 3:30 pm that it was ready to go. It is 20 years old and needed a new alternator and pulley. I’ve had it in now 3 times for different repairs. Each time I received a call with the diagnosis and estimated cost. I agreed to have it fixed. Good, fast, friendly service. We unexpectedly needed new tires and Larry Bush's was able to fit us in on the same day, even with a full load. We were able to rent a cheap loaner for the day, which made things a lot easier. I was surprised they had the tires we needed easily available, and the manager said that usually, they can get any tire you need on the same day. It's a busy shop downtown and my parents have been taking their cars there for years. Their COVID-19 safety procedures were more than adequate. There's a canopy and chairs set up outside if you need to wait. Getting a ride home or to somewhere with AC is probably a better plan.

My 2000 conversion van needed multiple repairs to be made quickly for an unexpected long trip. A friend recommended Larry Bush and I took it there. Communication was good and all the repairs finished in a few days. The finial cost was less than expected. I have returned from my trip and everything worked fine. This is one of the best places to have work done. One time I had a faulty alternator replaced and it failed a few months and serval 100’s of miles after the warranty ran out. They could have charged me for the cost of a new part plus labor. Instead the took care of the cost of the part. They also have loaner vehicles in case they need to keep your vehicle over night. Awesome work, fair prices, and good honest Christian people.

Went in for oil change, tire rotation and asked about transmission fluid and coolant change out. Got back with me with various options and prices. I had him do the work. His pricing seems reasonable and in all the times I've taken vehicles there I don't feel I've been misled on anything. The discount he gives Medical Center employees is nice as well.

Only problem I felt was an oversight was when the tire was repaired, 42lbs of pressure was put in it and all my other tires were at 35 as directed on tire. Once I removed some air when I got home the ride was much better. Need better attention to details on things like that. Other than that it is great customer service and always friendly.

They diagnosed the problem right away and since they didn't have a car for me to use right away, I was given a ride to my office until a loaner was available later that day, and my car was fixed the next day. The people who work there are very personable and helpful.

As usual, the service that Larry and his team offer was great. Walked in, no appointment, was able to get a loaner for the day while they diagnosed and repaired some pretty major issues. Every time I have checked his pricing on jobs he is competitive or lower. Have been using Larry for all service on our vehicles since he opened. And if you need tires, that is his specialty. We will continue to bring our car here. The "intake" crew communicates effectively, and we have never had any problems with the services provided. We had the rotors resurfaced and three tires replaced, and the job was completed within 24 hours of bringing the car in. Service is always great at LBT. With their service being excellent, I would recommend one thing (maybe they already have-but I'm unaware), and, that is: to have one pit dedicated solely for oil change and tire rotation. This would hopefully eliminate longer waiting, or, using a loaner vehicle.

I had a family member, 15 yrs. old severely hurt in an auto accident and was admitted to Macon Hospital late at night. This child's Grandmother, who is raising this child, traveled from North Ga. to Macon. Not until after her arriving in Macon did I realize she was in desperate need of tires. I researched several locations in and around the hospital when I found Larry Bush's Riverside Tire. Learning this shop was 3 blocks from the hospital and they serviced many hospital vehicles as well as the employees and they will pick up and return to the hospital. This took a lot of concern off me. This child had been through a horrific experience to have this happen while traveling with a friend and her family. They did what they said they would do and got the car safe for the return trip to North Ga. late that night. Thank you for the excellent service to an "out of town" customer. Paulette Renfro

This was my first visit to Larry Bush's Riverside Tire. The personnel could not have been nicer from the phone call that started my visit to the gentlemen working in the service department that opened the door for me when I arrived to the lady that waited on me when I paid the bill to the gentlemen that looked up another service I asked about. I dropped my vehicle off at around 7:45 am and received a text that the vehicle was ready shortly after lunch that same day. I would recommend Larry Bush's Riverside Tire to anyone needing service on their vehicle.

Another above and beyond service experience with Larry, Mark and the team at Riverside Tire. I called after hours, on my way home from work. I did not think I was going to make it home. Larry answered the phone, waited on me to get there and handed me the keys to a loaner vehicle. I received a call the next morning with the diagnosis and estimate. The truck was ready to go a little while later. Tires, brakes, suspension, injectors, ignition coils, transmission services, batteries, a/c, all items on the service maintenance list, have not been able to find anything these guys cannot handle. Always at a great price. Always done right. Thanks again Larry!

Had new Michelin Tires - 235-60-R18 - ordered and installed complete with balance and best "used" tire mounted on the spare that is out of service. Larry Bush's Riverside Tire provided a loaner vehicle to use during the installation. The Lexus was given to them at 0900 on a Friday morning, and picked up fully ready to go at 1630 Friday afternoon. Before you, the reader, takes the following statement to heart, please understand that we are VERY sensitive to "out of balance" tires. That said while they were not returned to us bad out of balance, we were not completely happy with the balance and therefore requested a re-do. Larry Bush again provided us a loaner vehicle, and personally promised to assure that the vehicle was as vibration free as possible this second time before it was deemed returnable to us. He followed through and when the vehicle was deemed ready, we were extremely pleased with the service performed, the balance was excellent. Larry Bush generally does an excellent job, and when service is not acceptable by the customer, he ALWAYS goes the extra effort to achieve full customer satisfaction rather than lose the customer. He is honest and reliable and highly recommended by us.

I believe Larry is a very honest person.....I use to deal with him when he was at Raffield Tire on Shurling Dr. Was very happy to see him go out on his own. I also appreciate the fact that he has snacks available at his shop. I was down there last week and was told it would take a couple of hours on my car ...I am a diabetic and was glad to know there was a drink and a pack of crackers available to keep my sugar from dropping as it was close to lunchtime. Riverside tire does excellent service. Their employees are courteous and very knowledgable about what they do. They always try their best to get customers back on the road as fast as possible in a safe and dependable vehicle. Best of all their prices are reasonable and when they can they provide loaner cars. They have a clean waiting room and bathrooms and free snacks if you do need to wait for your vehicle. I don't think you can find a better place to provide your car service and I use them exclusively for all 5 of my vehicles.

Took car in for oil change and tire rotation. Service Technician also checked filters and fluids. At time of pick up, I noticed grease stains on the front passenger seat and door. I had to go back inside to ask if they had something I could use to clean up the grease. One of the men at the service desk cleaned up the grease and apologized on behalf of the service tech. Service Technicians should not be so careless.

This was a very pleasant experience. Staff very friendly and efficient. Courteous and attentive to customers. Car was serviced in a timely manner, coffee was offered as well as a very clean and attractive waiting area. Nothing needed to make the customer's wait a very nice experience. Larry is an exceptional Manager and we wouldn't go anywhere else for automotive service.

I had to buy tires in dublin ga from a facility one month ago. It was taken seven times for steering wheel wobble and they could not correct the problem. I was able to take my vehicle to larry bush last week and found the issue on the first try and the problem was resolved. I highly recommend larry bush and should have waited and purchased the tires from them in the beginning. They do a very thorough job with vehicles .

Larry Bush's garage has been taking care of my car for over a year now, with routine maintenance, new tires, etc. I couldn't be happier. The service is excellent, professional, courteous and circumspect. They provide me with rides when I leave the car there, call me if unexpected issues arise to get it taken care of immediately. On my last routine service, they found a screw lodged in one of the tires, and they patched it - free of charge! Highly recommend it, best service I ever had.

I had just purchased this vehicle 2 days earlier when I brought it in to get the alignment checked. While doing that they found that a couple of wheel bearing needed to be replaced. While it was not an inexpensive repair past experiences with this shop have led me to trust their findings, so I had it done. I've been taking vehicles to this shop for years and have never felt that I was unfairly charged for or sold unnecessary services. I would recommend them to anyone.

I recieved excellant service when I brought my car into Larry Bush's Riverside Tire. Mr. Bush and his Team alsways provide excellant service to the point of providing a loner vehicle while mine was being repaired. In additoin Mr. Bush is very honest about the repairs my car may or may not need and always advises if the repairs should be done now or if they can wait until a later date. In short he is not one of those shops that tries to entice you to have more repairs done than what is absolutly necessary. This is a prime example of the integraty of Mr. Bush and the Team at Riverside Tire. I have and will continue to recommend anyone that needs tires or repairs to their vehcile to Larry Bush's Riverside Tire. I have always had good service w/Larry Bush's Riverside Tire. I usually have same day service, except when it was something major to fix and then it was the next day. The loaner car is a really great service, especially when no one else does that any more, not even the big name companies like Toyota and Ford. I don't have anyone in Macon to drop me off and pick me up but I work up here so this service is really appreciated. They have always been friendly and promt and I trust them.

I enjoy taking my vehicles to Larry Bush's Riverside Tire. They are always fair and upfront about what needs to be done. I felt a vibration while driving our Mazda at high speed and took it in for service, thinking there was a problem in alignment or balance on the front. A rear tire, however, had become separated. Larry informed me that I had gotten almost 3,000 more miles out of the 40,000 mile tire. While the tires were off, the mechanic noticed the brakes on the front were worn but still in good shape so he checked the back. The back brakes were shot. Larry called to give me all of the options. I needed the car by early afternoon and he had it ready.
