Tire Mounting Balancing
Do NOT patronize this establishment. The owner, Tim Hannon, is psychotic. He promised me a free mount/balance after screwing up my wheels (see pictures posted at Kudzu.com). When it came time to deliver he backed out of the deal, called me a "freeloader", got literally 6" from my face, screamed "Get the **** out", and threatened to call the cops. Tim Hannon is unhinged, he needs to find a vocation where he has zero contact with the public. I agree with Ben's review, Tim Hannon is going to end up punching somebody, don't let it be you. On a funnier note, when Mr. Hannon visits the local Starbucks 1/4 mile from his shop the patrons actually boo, like he's some villain from a melodrama. His reputation precedes him, and he is universally reviled. Avoid this place like the plague.

Troubleshooting
Took my car in with starting issues with a gas smell, not starting promptly without pressing gas (not normal especially on a bmw) does smoke test only $100 for a supposed leaking dipstick oring. Still runs like shit. Inquired to the owner that this obviously didn't fix it what next. He raises his voice gets all irate, 'what do you expect with 150+k on then engine its old and worn out' (ok....so he comes to this conclusion with his cock in cheek guesstimate? no pressure test, no scope in the pistons or anything?) Car's been babied and dutifully maintained. To make it short, this guy's got a temper, someday he will punch someone read around all the reviews. He sucks for customer service. Took it to another place....guess what, engines perfect, was a leaking fuel injector. Guess azzhat didn't think to check further.
