Versatile Collection in Roswell is a rip off!
Me and my husband went by Versatile Collection last Wednesday at meet with the Salesman name Ali. Let me start this by saying he stinked like cigarettes. 2nd before showing us a car he interrogated us with a million questions. It felt like a interrogation, we buy cars every 2-3 years so we know the basic line of questioning but this was very unorthodox. Then after seeing a add online for a Hyundai Genesis he tells us his "manager" made a mistake and it's $2000 more then the advertised price. I will be contacting the BBB and auto trader about false advertising. Then when we called him out on it he begun to be arrogant and angry. Not too mention we called before coming in and confirmed the price. We were ready to buy since I been looking at the car all day and had my husband take off work early just so we can get the car. We did end up buying a car that day from another dealer who does not play bait and switch games. Versatile Collection did have a Very nice location, very nice selection of cars, but needs a better sales staff. We choose them because of all the positive reviews online SORRY but we can not say the same. Stay far away from Versatile Collection in Roswell and Ali cause they will try to pull a fast one on you and rip you off.

Car sale
I went to all the car dealerships in this area and was most happy with Patrick and Versatile Collection. Negotiations were tuff but Patrick helped me realize i was being unreasonable, he was not pushy but he was firm and willing to explain the market, the auctions and payments. They have a variety of used cars at reasonable prices. The employees are nice and had me out with my car fast. they financed me and Patrick even helped me take care of my Insurance.

car sales
I bought a car from here and the price was $1990 advertised they charged me $2400 the car broke down rightafter i bought it, i am a single mother and this car took all of my income tax money. I had $2000 dollars worth of repairs done to the car andstill had 1700 dollars to go to get this 2003 ford focus running in good condition. Which at the time of purchase which was march was only worth $900 blue book price, my tags and title were messed up as well for weeks and sad part about it is i just had to junk the car and they got $2500 worth of my money. Nooris was rude and very nasty each time i talked to him and the customer service he gave sucked bad and its people like this that are in business ripping off poor people and they living good off our money and we stuck with nothing. wont ever buy a used car from them again
