Poor and Misinformed
My experience here was deceitful and misinformed. Debbie the Lot Manager for John and his wife...(The Intro Guide) Explains all u need to know about processing and Laying away your vehicle. However she fails to verbally mention that any monies applied toward your purchase is non refundable...So if your Downpayment is 500.00 and you decide you don't want to buy their car then no refund is given. This was indeed an over Ty cause I failed to look at the receipt so I'm now out of 100.00 that I earned from hardwork. Hopefully I will reach a few bog u before an attempt to purchase...SOL gots to be more careful

Used Car Sales
DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! The owner John DeJohn is the biggest racist I have ever encountered. 90% of his clients are African American but he always refers to them as N---ers. He often stereotypes and says that they smell and bring roaches into his business. He also likes to make inappropriate comments about the females. If you happen to be gay, he thinks you automatically have AIDS and are lowlife. As far as business: He buys vehicles super cheap at auctions in FL and does as little work to them as possible and then charges 300% more than he paid. He LOVES to repo cars and charge you a crazy fee. If there is a problem with the car, good luck. You are NOT getting your money back, even if it breaks down right outside the gate. He sells cars that he knows is crap. A lot of the cars he repo has maggots and roaches in them. I would NEVER want to put my family in that. They will forge your signature on paperwork if necessary. They charge you 28% interest on the vehicle if you finance through them along with a $195 paperwork fee. If you you think you can get a car and hide from them, you're WRONG!!! It's called GPS, they will find you and repo you. They love to get your car when you are at a funeral, at the grocery store, or doctor appointment. You have been warned: If you conduct business at this dealership you will get screwed and disrespected.
