None - refused to let them work on my car
Brought my BMW to Critz BMW to (i) have battery replaced, (ii) have headlight bulb replaced, and (iii) have a switch that had fallen through the center console reinstalled into the center console. About a week passed, and so I called them. The next day, David Mineado called with the following news: 1. New battery - $400 installed 2. New headlight bulbs - $250 installed 3. Car needed a new alternator - $800 installed 4. Car needed a new switch, which was not sold separately from the center console. Cost of new center console - $350. I refused to have any work done. Here's what happened to my car: 1. Pep Boys installed a new battery for $103. They said it was OEM without the BMW label. 2. New headlight bulbs were $53 each delivered. Installing them was quick and pretty simple. 3. Car did not need an alternator. If it did, a new aftermarket was available for about $100 delivered and an OEM Bosch was available for about $173 delivered. My opinion is that it would take me - a rather experienced mechanic - an hour and a half to install it. 4. Car did not need a new switch. Old switch, which worked fine, was reinstalled in a few minutes with a flat head screwdriver. Had it needed a new switch, it was readily available separately from an entire new center console for about $110. It is my opinion that Critz tried to sell me $1150 of services my car did not need and to grossly overcharge me on services it did need. When I spoke to the service manager, he denied trying to rip me off and incompetence. He said that his "machine" did not agree with my "machine."

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & ATITUDES Took Mercedes Benz there due to a light came on, waited 2 hours for them to tell me that car only needed air in tires. (Pure Lies) Then proceeded to drive back to Atlanta and the light came back on, took car to Mercedes in Atlanta, and was told that car had a nail in the tire, and I was lucky to return back safely. Technicians did not put car on the lift to see the nail in the tire. Contacted the dealership and had to deal with avoidance from staff, not returning calls and ect. Finally spoke with Chuck, and told him what had happened and he had a very condescending atitude , and was like okay you got the car fixed now. They do not realise that there service techinicians put my life in Jeopardy by telling me car only needed air in tire, when there was a nail in tire. Bottom line, I will not ever return back to this dealership, and I suggest especially to out of towners, dont take your car to this dealership if you can help it. This dealership does not have the standards of Mercedes Benz one comes to expect.
