Sparkplugs, Oil change, Fuel Filter

Date of visit: Wed June 5th, 2013 Time of visit: 1:40-3:00 pm As a new resident of Statesboro, I was hoping to have my car serviced for general maintenance (6 spark plugs, oil change, fuel filter, air filter) at a trustworthy place. Long story short, that saved a decent bit of money off of the quote. As they were waiting for parts to arrive, from Auto Zone I presume, the worker kept coming in and updating me on the status, saying that he had everything done that he could do at this point, and was waiting on Auto Zone. They had forgotten to bring the fuel filter and had to make a return trip. The worker even sat at my table for a second and talked to me about my spark p
